Every bag we offer undergoes a thorough inspection by our team of experts to ensure that it is 100% genuine before being listed on our website. All bags go through a double authentication process: at source and another time inhouse through our authentication partner LegitGrails. We provide an certificate of authentication with each purchase, so that our customers can be sure all items are authentic. 

3. How do I know the condition of the bag I'm buying?
We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images for every bag, including information about any wear and tear. Each product is graded based on its condition, from "like new" to "gently used," so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

4. Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are exploring options for international shipping in the future, so stay tuned!

5. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping for faster delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Can I return a bag if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns within 48 hours receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of the bags being sold on a consignment basis, we can only offer a shop voucher upon return of the item.
